musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy is an individually selected therapy in the case of acute or chronic joint pain, overload changes, degenerative changes or injuries.

pre / postoperative physiotherapy

Surgical physiotherapy allows you to prepare the body for a surgical procedure such as arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, suturing of the meniscus, endoprosthetics, and also to speed up recovery after surgery.

sports physiotherapy

Sports physiotherapy is aimed at people practicing sports, both professionally and amateurs. Individually selected therapy eliminates the overload of the musculoskeletal system after training, competitions and also prevents injuries.

visceral therapy

Visceral therapy consists in manual elimination of restrictions within the abdominal cavity, chest and pelvis in order to improve the functions of internal organs. Recommended is min. in the case of digestive problems [constipation, heartburn], as well as orthopedic problems [including neck and shoulder pain].

dry needling

Dry needling - a method of piercing specific points on the body with very thin needles without a pharmacological substance. The puncture is usually subject to overly tense myofascial bands and trigger points.

pinotherapy

Pinotherapy is a method created by a Polish orthopedist, using tools to induce a large number of nociceptive stimuli at the site of application, increase local hyperemia, stimulate the histamine mechanism [urticaria, angioedema]. It is perfect for nerve conduction disorders, e.g. facial nerve palsy, after fresh injuries / contusions, in the place of swelling / hematomas, in order to calm down the nervous system exposed to chronic stress.

kinesiotaping

Kinesiotaping is a method of sticking special, flexible tapes on different parts of the body to relieve pain and prevent injuries. The patches can be applied in about 7 different ways, so we can use them in many ailments as an adjunct to therapy.

electrostimulation

Electrostimulation is an ideal way to stimulate and generate stimuli for muscles distinguishing between slow twitch (type I) and fast twitch (type II) fibers. The use of a pacemaker will be effective: in the early period after surgery, eg ACL reconstruction, in the case of training limitation due to an injury. before training, using stimulating programs, or after training, using regeneration programs, and in case of pain.

Hot stone massage is a deeply relaxing, muscle-relaxing, reducing fatigue and low heart rate treatment that improves the energy flow in the body.

theragun massage

Theragun is a professional massage device, that massage the deep muscles responsible for the correct posture, stabilization and protection of internal organs. It is irreplaceable both in the process of muscle regeneration after training and in preparation before training.
